Last updated: June 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Agency Elite ("Agency Elite," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use our training platform, websites, and related services (the "Service").

1. Overview

Agency Elite provides a training and operating platform for insurance agency teams, including structured courses, onboarding, quizzes, progress tracking, and analytics. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

  • Account information — your name, email address, password, and role (for example, agency owner, administrator, or team member) when you create or are added to an account.
  • Agency and team information — your agency name and the team members you invite or manage on the platform.
  • Payment information — when you purchase a subscription, billing details are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
  • Communications — information you submit through contact forms, support requests, scheduling tools, or surveys.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data — courses started and completed, quiz and assessment results, progress, and other interactions with the Service.
  • Device and log data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and timestamps.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — as described in the section below.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, secure the Service, and understand how the platform is used so we can improve it. Cookies fall into a few categories:

  • Strictly necessary — required for authentication, security, and core functionality. These cannot be turned off through the Service.
  • Functional — remember your settings and preferences.
  • Analytics — help us measure usage and improve the platform.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect how the Service functions, including your ability to stay signed in.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service and your account.
  • Deliver training content, track progress, and generate analytics and reports for you and your agency.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
  • Send administrative and service-related communications, and — where permitted — relevant updates about the Service.
  • Monitor, secure, and improve the Service, and detect and prevent fraud or misuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

  • Service providers — vendors that help us operate the Service, such as hosting, database, payment processing, video delivery, scheduling, analytics, and email providers, who are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us.
  • Your agency — if you are part of an agency account, your agency owner and administrators may view your account details, course progress, and assessment results for training and management purposes.
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Agency Elite, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. Residents of California (under the CCPA/CPRA) and certain other U.S. states may have the right to:

  • Know and access the personal information we have collected about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information — note that we do not sell your personal information.
  • Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@agencyelite.com. We will verify your request and respond as required by applicable law. If you are a member of an agency account, some requests may need to be directed to your agency administrator.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
