Agency Elite provides a training and operating platform for insurance agency teams, including structured courses, onboarding, quizzes, progress tracking, and analytics. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Information you provide to us

• Account information — your name, email address, password, and role (for example, agency owner, administrator, or team member) when you create or are added to an account.
• Agency and team information — your agency name and the team members you invite or manage on the platform.
• Payment information — when you purchase a subscription, billing details are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
• Communications — information you submit through contact forms, support requests, scheduling tools, or surveys.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data — courses started and completed, quiz and assessment results, progress, and other interactions with the Service.
• Device and log data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and timestamps.
• Cookies and similar technologies — as described in the section below.

• Service providers — vendors that help us operate the Service, such as hosting, database, payment processing, video delivery, scheduling, analytics, and email providers, who are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us.
• Your agency — if you are part of an agency account, your agency owner and administrators may view your account details, course progress, and assessment results for training and management purposes.
• Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Agency Elite, our users, or others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Agency Elite is operated in the United States and the Service is intended for users in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States.
